Labels required on explicit spam

Email that contains content of a sexual nature must <A HREF="http://searchcio.techtarget.com/newsItem/0,289139,sid19_gci965998,00.html">now carry the label</A> "SEXUALLY EXPLICIT" in the subject line. The new rule was put in effect by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, with penalties including fines of $250,000 for an individual and $500,000 for an organization, as well as possible imprisonment.
