<p>NEWARK A full day of deliberations ended with no verdict yesterday in the trial of West New York Mayor Felix Roque and his son, who are charged with hacking into and bringing down the www.recallroque.com website set up anonymously by Hudson County Freeholder Jose Munoz.</p><p>Both Roques are charged with unauthorized access to computers and using that access to harass individuals they thought were associated with the site in order to silence them. They are also charged with a count of conspiracy that also refers to the alleged harassment. Each count carries a possible prison sentence of up to five years upon conviction.</p><p>Joseph Roque testified Thursday that on Feb. 8, 2012 he hacked into the Hotmail account Munoz used to control the website. He also admitted using the email account to change the passwords to three of Munoz's accounts before deleting the recall website's GoDaddy domain name, deleting the website's content and taking down a Facebook page associated with the site.</p><p>The mayor and son testified that the mayor knew nothing about his son's alleged illegal Internet activity.</p><p><a href="http://www.nj.com/jjournal-news/index.ssf/2013/10/west_new_york_mayor_and_sons_j.html">Keep reading...</a></p>
