<p>With the buzz stirring about Windows 8 and Windows Live, Microsoft has released the latest information for Windows Live users and IT managers who plan to implement the new Windows 8 operating system on the network. IT managers and users who purchased any Microsoft Windows operating system could use email, instant messaging, faxing, and media services without purchasing any third-party software if they were using the Windows Live system. IT managers could cut business costs using the bundled software within the network.</p><p>Windows 8 and Your Microsoft Account</p><p>According to an article at TechCrunch, the bundled software that was included with Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 will now be packaged under a new branding term. Users will now have a "Microsoft Account" system to get all of the services that were previously available under the Windows Live brand.</p><p>The sections of the bundle that are changing are the software applications that most people upgrade to other third-party products. For instance, the Windows Live Mail software replaced Outlook Express as a free email application included with Windows. Instead of the software showing up on the desktop as "Live Mail," Windows 8 users will simply open "Mail."
