<p>Blackberry will offer its popular messging service on rival phones and plans to introduce a new smartphone, the company announced Tuesday, the latest moves in a massive turnaround attempt.</p><p>BlackBerry said the new Q5 smartphone would be available starting in July where its business is especially strong: select markets in Europe, Latin America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
